Our trucks and crews are frequently in Europe so we can just as easily route them to your home there to pack and load for a removal back to the UK. All we need to do is establish your volume in advance, either by inventory or pre-move survey and we will give you a “return load” quotation. We can even pack your small items as we can take the necessary materials out with us on the initial leg of the truck’s journey.

Q. How do I plan the removal date on a return load booking? 
A. Obviously on a return load your dates depend on our outbound schedules. The easiest way is to tell us in good time your ideal removal date, plus a period of flexibility beforehand (or after if you have it) and we will allocate the most appropriate vehicle to the dates you need. It may mean a few days’ difference but you will be benefiting from a substantial reduction in cost over using a dedicated removal service or locally based moving company.

Q. Can you arrange storage in the UK while we find a new home to live in?
A. Absolutely. We offer secure containerised storage at weekly rates so you can store for as short or as long term as needed.

Q. How do you assess the volume?
A. All we need is an e mailed inventory with all items of furniture etc listed, plus an estimate of the total number of boxes etc you will have, and we can work out the volume. Alternatively, for large moves, we can sometimes arrange a pre-move survey so that we can sit down and discuss your requirements in detail. This depends on location of course but we will try our best where possible!

Q. Will the crew be British?
A. Yes, we do not sub-contract out packing or loading to local companies abroad. The crew will be based here in the UK and simply working on a trip abroad.

Q. Can you deliver boxes in advance for a return load booking?
A. Obviously this is impractical in all cases. If we happen to have a truck nearby, then yes we’d be delighted to. However, it may be wise to source boxes locally from self storage facilities or even local moving companies. They probably won’t want to move you abroad but they will happily sell you a few boxes cheaply!
